There are jobs. And then there are callings.
Mycelium Ecology is building a movement rooted in the soil of India's Western Ghats, threaded through ancient shola forests, watered by streams that have run for millennia. We take privately held wild landscapes, ecosystems on the edge, and we pull them off the market. Forever.
We protect them. We steward them.
And right now, we're looking for someone who can help us tell that story with depth and feeling.
We are a nature conservation collective working with critical ecosystems across the Western Ghats, home to some of the planet's most biodiverse and threatened landscapes. Our work is simple in intention, profound in execution: acquire ecologically sensitive land, bind it legally to conservation, build nature learning and experience centers, and invite people back into relationship with the wild.
Our projects include:
Experiences | immersive nature programs at conservation sites and celebrations in Bengaluru
Dancing Frog Habitat & Collective | private conservation co-owned and co-protected by aligned families
Mycelium Conservation Trust | grassroots projects working alongside indigenous and local communities
Mycelium Ecology | the narrative heart, telling urgent conservation stories

You'll be translating urgency into connection.
You'll take the story of a 300-year-old tree, a family choosing conservation over convenience, a frog species found nowhere else on Earth, and you'll make someone feel it. You'll make them care. And from that care, you'll inspire action.
This is storytelling as conservation. Communication as care.
